Registered Aboriginal Party applications and variations before Council

• Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation's section 155 request area.

The application area is the current unallocated area between the three existing RAPs and includes Hanging Rock, the northern face of Mount Macedon, south of Woodend and then south-east to a location east of Wombat State Forest.

Application area starts off the coast from Werribee South, and runs south along eastern boundary of existing RAP area, east to off the coast of Rosebud, then north then north-west back to the starting point off the coast of Werribee South.

Area heads south east and meets up with TLaWC existing RAP area. Area follows the northern boundary of the TLaWC RAP area to Karook then back to the starting point at Shepparton.

The first area extends from the LaTrobe River south to Rokeby, then south-west encompassing the township of Drouin to meet the Princes Hwy. The area then heads generally west along Koo Wee Rup-Longwarry Rd to Longwarry then north to west of the Bunyip State Park and to a point north of the township of Tonimbuk at which several unnamed creeks converge with the Bunyip River. The area encompasses the townships of Labertouche and Jindivick. The second area includes the area covered by Port Phillip Bay commencing at the Werribee River and heading north-east and east and then south terminating off the coast at Rosebud then north-west to the starting point at the Werribee River.

The larger area extends from just north of Warragul to near Mount Baw Baw as well as the townships of Noojee and Neerim South and meets the eastern most portion of the current WWCHAC RAP area. The smaller northern area encompasses part of the Thomson River and adjoins the north-eastern most portion of the existing RAP area.
